Utah Retirement Systems provides retirement and insurance benefits exclusively for Utah public employees. We serve more than 250,000 members and about 490 public employers, including the State of Utah, its local governments, school districts, higher education, and more.

We're a component unit of the State of Utah, governed by Utah Code Title 49. We administer eight defined benefit pension systems and four IRS-qualified retirement savings plans. Our health benefits division, PEHP Health & Benefits, provides medical, dental, life, and other benefits.
